EDU 4.0
EDU 4.0 is our new educational program, specially designed to offer the right combination of exactly those knowledge and skills, which we have at our conference The future has arrived, are we ready? identified as key for the world and occupations of the future. We are preparing it in close cooperation with the Digital Serbia Initiative and top companies from Industry 4.0.
The program has several modules, the first of which is designed as a series of 20 workshops, where we will combine three key areas - familiarization with exponential technologies, reactualization of school knowledge in problematic contexts and work on developing business skills.
Participants of the first module of the program automatically qualify for the next one - where through similar workshops, but also through meetings with successful entrepreneurs from Industry 4.0, they will further prepare for the final module - solving a big task as a team. The task will be prepared in cooperation with companies and will require many abilities - knowledge of modern technologies, but also of fundamental sciences, creativity, holistic approach, perseverance, courage, real teamwork. The presentation and defense of the solution will be at our next conference, in September 2022.
The workshops are prepared and held by educators of the SPREMMA Movement, together with top experts from leading companies and institutes. It will be held on Saturdays or Sundays, in three-hour sessions. Thanks to the support of sponsors, participants only pay a co-payment of 20% of the actual cost of the program.

Exponential technologies
Exponential technologies got that name because under their influence the world is changing at an exponential rate.
AI, blockchain, sensors, robotics, 3D printing, synthetic biology are just some of them.
You will get an insight into how each of these technologies works, what their scopes and potentials are.
We will encourage you to think about how to use them to create innovative solutions, products and services.
School knowledge
Application of the most modern technologies in the creation of new solutions, products and services is hardly possible without holistic knowledge and an interdisciplinary approach. That's why we will dedicate several workshops to reactualization of some extremely important knowledge that you acquire at school, and you probably are not aware of how applicable they are.
Whatever you do in life, in addition to a good knowledge of exponential technologies, one of the key skills that will make you a valuable team member will be your ability to learn, integrate and apply your knowledge quickly.

We prepare this part of the program under the direct guidance of top experts from world-renowned companies, which are synonymous with business improvement. Some workshops will also be held by them personally.
Business skills
Another topic that is rarely discussed in school - how to realize the idea we have, collect the money we need to start our own company and present the idea to investors and customers/users.
We will find out how an email should sound to a colleague, and how to an associate from another company. We will learn how demanding it is to maintain a brand and how much effort must be invested in marketing.
